Keep these in your emergency kitchen box at all times: apron can opener corkscrew (for the staff, of course) cutlery, cheap, 8 sets minimally cutting board, wooden small detergent hot mitts, 2 foil knives, one medium paring, one French, minimally matches measuring cup mixing bowls, 3 napkins paper plates, 12 min peeler plastic wrap scrub brush scrub pads, 3 soap and 1 steel wool sharpening hone slicer/grater, universal spatula spoon, wooden mixing, long handled spoons, serving, 2 (one metal, one wooden handled) tablecloth, cheap and sacrificable into rags tongs trash bags
Pack these at departure: butter, 1 lb camera flour, oh, a cup or two garlic, fresh garlic, powdered hand grater measuring spoons olive oil oregano thermometer, meat thermometer, oven (never trust an unfamiliar oven's thermostat) paper cups (12 minimally) paprika pepper, black pepper, red plastic bags, 1 gallon (for leftovers and other storage) rosemary salt thyme
