Making 80 servings

Multiply the quantities by 10, so:

20 cups flour
5 teaspoons baking powder
7 Tablespoons salt
1¼ gallons (20 cups) milk
40 eggs
2½ sticks melted butter
nutmeg
2½ lbs meat drippings (or lard)

Special Instructions

Depending on your serving plans, use ten 13 x 9 inch pan or twenty 9 x 9 inch pans.
