Making 90 servings

Multiply quantities by 30, so:

75 lb of potatoes
1½ gallons water
7½ cups of cider vinegar
2 3¾ cups vegetable oil
approximately 1¾ cups of flour
1¼ cups salt
½cup and 2 Tablespoons white pepper
1½ cups prepared mustard
7½ lb onions
about 1lb parsley, chopped
5 lb bacon
